Our Leadership
And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. Jer 3:15
PASTOR MICHAEL JOHNSON was reared in Pilot Point, Texas, the community in which he now pastors. He is one of seven children born to the late evangelist and pastor Clevester and First Lady Gladys Johnson. He received the gift of salvation with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit early on in life and his faith was solidified through witnessing the miraculous in the countless revivals ran by his father and other evangelists. He started out playing the drums during these revivals and later the guitar, backing his father.
Pastor Mike matriculated through the Pilot Point Independent School District and Lamar University, BBA. He served in the United States Air Force and currently works in corporate America.
Over the years, he has served the church in several capacities. At the local level, he has served as Sunday School teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, Youth Director and Minister of Music. At the district level, he serves in the Evangelism Dept, Security Team and as District Secretary.
Pastor Johnson received the call to ministry in 2008. In November of 2014 He was sent to Pilot Point to restore and rebuild the church. The God given vision for the church includes spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ; crossing economic and racial boundaries. He graduated from the Texas Northeast First Academy of Ministerial Education in 2016.
Pastor Mike is married to Sally, his wife of twenty plus years and has two daughters, Keandra (Brandon) and Eriele. He has a heart for people; particularly the young and elderly. On his off time, he enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with family.
MISSIONARY SALLY JOHNSON was born and reared in the township of English, Texas. As a child, she was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. After graduating from Avery High School, she relocated to Texarkana, Texas to attend Southern Technical College where she earned a degree in Computer Science and later an Associate of Arts from Texarkana Community College. In June 2013 she graduated from Northeast Texas Institute for Ministerial Education in Dallas, Texas as a licensed Missionary.
She has owned and managed several industry businesses from fashion to food. Her experience in administration of government contracting has afforded her travel opportunities to Georgia, Germany and now the Dallas-Ft Worth area. She has worked in the medical field for many years in such positions from administration, credentialing to now project coordinator.
Throughout Missionary Johnson’s life, she has been faithful to kingdom work. Having served as Choir Director and President, Chairlady of the Dallas Mid-Cities District Youth Department and the Chairlady of Sunday School Department on both District and Jurisdictional levels and Financial Secretary, she has a broad understanding of the church and the business associated with it. She is currently serving as acting Sunday School teacher and church secretary.
Missionary Johnson is happily married to Pastor Mike and currently resides in Grapevine, Texas.

What We Believe
We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.
We believe that there is only One God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the blessed hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ at His return.
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.
We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world.
